About Natalie

Natalie Norris is an MPI Certified Meeting Planner in the Nashville, Tennessee area. An active member of the Tennessee chapter of Meeting Planners International (TMPI), she has served on the TMPI Gala Committee, Communications Committee, and Membership Committee.

Natalie was been received numerous awards in the Meeting Planning industry, including the Rising Star from TMPI and SPIN excellence awards. Besides MPI and TMPI, Natalie has been active in other professional development organizations, including PCMA and TSAE.

Natalie is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding separate bachelor's degrees for Marketing and Management. She has continually endeavored to improved her skills and talents throughout her career through involvement with Meeting Planning professional groups and continued education..

Natalie's career positions have included Director of Meetings for XMi Association Management, Director of Marketing and Special Events at the American Association of State and Local History (AASLH), Marketing Coordinator for EMPE, Inc., and Event Coordinator / Account Executive for Events Unlimited, just to name a few.

Natalie is currently an owner and Director for Meetings And More, Inc. (MaMi) based near Nashville, Tennessee. She serves a wide variety of clients, including AASLH, National Youth Leadership Council, and the Pennsylvania Assocation of Physician Assistants (PSPA) to name a few. She also serves as Executive Director for the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA).

Natalie has two daughters and is involved with Girl Scouts, Soccer, Basketball, and a wide variety of other activities with her children. Her hobbies include traveling and reading.
